"God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light" (Genesis 1:3).
"Let there be light" - these words were spoken by God at the beginning of His creation. "Let there be light" - these words are to be spoken by us. We are to pray that our lives will shine brightly with the light of the Lord. We are to let His light shine. His light is the light of His love. It is the light of life. Let there be light, love and life. May light, love and life be seen in us.
