1 Corinthians 2:1-16
Paul's ministry was simple,
sincere and spiritual.It was preaching in the power of the Spirit. What
Paul is saying is this: Less about me, more about Jesus.
* His
message was simple. He wasn't trying to impress people with great
learning. He was bringing Jesus to them. He was bringing them to Jesus.
* His preaching was sincere. He said what he meant, and he meant what he said. He spoke the truth, and he lived the truth.
* His outlook was spiritual. The power did not come from himself. It came from the Spirit - the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of love.
