“Your sins have been forgiven” (Luke 7:48). “Your faith has saved
you. Go in peace” (Luke 7:50). At the heart of God’s salvation, there is
the forgiveness of sins and the peace of God. These blessings are
received by faith. This is “the Good News about God’s Kingdom” (Luke
8:1). When the Lord is crowned in our hearts as King, this is Good News
for us because it means that the Lord’s blessing is upon us. To God be
the glory!
