"New wine is poured into fresh skins" (Mark 2:22). New, fresh - This is
the work of God. This isn't something that we can do for ourselves or
give to ourselves. This must be done for us. It must be given to us. All
the glory belongs to the Lord! "The Son of Man has authority over the
day of worship" (Mark 2:28) - It's not so much the activity of worship
that's important. It's the Saviour whom we worship - He's the One who
makes worship so important. We worship Him.
