When we read here about a “vine”, we should remember that Jesus said,
“I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you,
you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing” (John 15:5).
We read here that the vine “filled the land.” Let us pray for our land
– “Shine, Jesus, shine. Fill this land with the Father’s glory.”
