In Matthew 26:14-35, we read about Judas, Peter and Jesus. Judas
betrayed Jesus - but Jesus knew all about it before it happened. Jesus
knew what was going on behind the scenes with Judas. Peter denied Jesus.
Again, Jesus knew that this was going to happen. Between Jesus'
identification of Judas and Peter as the men who would betray Him and
deny Him, there is the Lord's Supper. How wonderful this is - we hear
about human failure (sin), and we also hear about our Saviour's
sacrifice for the salvation of sinners.
