"So Abram departed as the Lord had spoken to him, and Lot went with him. And Abram was seventy-five years old when he departed from Haran" (Genesis 12:4).
Abram was 75 years old - it's never too late to make a new beginning with God! He gives us the strength that we need to put our past behind us and move into his future. The Lord was leading Abram. How did Abram respond? - He worshipped the Lord, and he called on the name of the Lord (Genesis 12:8). Abram's journey was more than a journey from one place to another place. It was a journey with God, a journey of worship and prayer, a journey of faith and obedience.
