Thanks, but no thanks ...

"Thanks, but no thanks" - Thanks for the offer, but I'm not interested.
This is the way in which many people respond to Jesus and his offer of salvation. 
Whenever Jesus Christ comes to us with the invitation to receive him and his salvation, he's looking for more than a "Thanks, but no thanks" response. 
We are to say, "Thank you, Lord" - and we're to keep on saying, "Thank you, Lord."
The Lord comes to us in love. He keeps on coming to us. He calls us by our name, and asks us, "Do you love me?" He waits for us to say, "Yes, Lord, you know that I love you" (John 21:15-17).
