No shame (Genesis 2:25)

There was no shame because there was no sin. Everything was about to change. Soon, there would be sin, and there would, also, be shame. Where do sin and shame come from? They come from Satan. God did not create us for sin and shame. It was Satan who brought sin and shame into our world. From God comes salvation. When He gives us His salvation, He calls us to join, with Paul, in saying, "I am not ashamed of the Gospel, for it is the power of God for the salvation of all who believe" (Romans 1:16).
