How are we to live our life?

Where do we go to get an answer to a question like this? Are we to take our question to the scientists? Will they have an answer for us? However much we may learn from science, we will not get an answer to the question: "How are we to live our life?" For an answer to this question, we must turn our attention to the Word of the Lord. We must come with the question, "What does the Lord have to say to us?" We must come with the prayer: "Show me your ways, Lord , teach me your paths" (Psalm 25:4). When we pray this prayer, there is another prayer that we should, also, bring to the Lord: "Show me the wonders of your great love" (Psalm 17:7).
